Terms of Service.

Effective: May 26, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by The Bronze Lily ("we," "us," "our"), located at 2851 1st Avenue N, St. Petersburg, FL 33713. By booking, purchasing, or attending an appointment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Appointment policy

All services are by appointment, including permanent jewelry. We do not accept walk-ins. To book: text or call (727) 218-7045, or book online through our Square calendar. Same-day and last-minute appointments are routinely accommodated when an artist is available.

2. Cancellation policy

We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

• Less than 24 hours before: 50% of service cost.
• Less than 4 hours before, or no-call/no-show: 100% of service cost.
• Groups of 3+ and holiday bookings may require up to one week's notice.
• Bridal parties follow the cancellation terms in the bridal package agreement signed at booking.

Card on file is required for booking and may be charged for late cancellations or no-shows.

3. Refunds + all sales final

All sales are final. Because our services are performed on you, a service cannot be returned once it has been rendered and is therefore non-refundable. Prepaid packages and session credits are non-refundable and non-transferable; sessions are valid for one year from the date of purchase and cannot be split between two people. If you are ever unhappy with a service, tell us before you leave or reach out promptly and we will do our best to make it right.

4. Memberships + recurring services

Spray tan memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment, then go month-to-month with card on file. Memberships include one tan per week; they are not unlimited. Cards are charged in person on the 5th week. To cancel after the 3-month minimum, provide written notice (text counts) at least 7 days before the next billing date.

5. Gift cards

Bronze Lily gift cards do not expire. They are redeemable for any service, product, or training certification we offer. Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards are not replaceable.

6. Training Academy enrollment

Training certifications require advance payment to secure your date. Once enrolled:

• Reschedule with at least 14 days' notice: no fee.
• Reschedule with less than 14 days' notice: $100 rescheduling fee.
• Cancellation: tuition is non-refundable, but credit can be applied to a future enrollment within 12 months.

7. Photo consent

We may take before-and-after photos of your service for our portfolio, marketing, social media, and AI search content. Photos are taken only with your verbal consent at the appointment. If you prefer not to be photographed, simply tell your artist — there is no consequence and we will not photograph you.

8. Medical + sensitivity disclosure

Many of our services involve products that contact your skin, scalp, or eyes. You agree to disclose any allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, medications, recent procedures (Botox, fillers, peels, etc.), or skin conditions during booking or before your appointment so we can adapt the formula or protocol. Free patch tests are available before lash extensions (48–72 hours) and spray tan (24–48 hours) appointments.

Bronze Lily is not a medical practice. Our services are cosmetic. Consult your physician if you have a medical condition that may interact with any service.

9. Mobile services

Mobile spray tan, welded jewelry, and teeth whitening are available within 10 miles of our salon at no additional travel fee. Mileage fees apply beyond 10 miles. Same-day mobile bookings incur a $15 surcharge. Mobile appointments require accessible space, water (for spray tan), and adult-only attendance.

10. Pricing + payment

Pricing is listed on each service page and on our Square booking platform. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and gift cards. Sales tax is included in displayed pricing where applicable under Florida law. We do not accept personal checks.

11. Conduct + refusal of service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for behavior that threatens the safety, comfort, or wellbeing of our team or other clients. This includes (but is not limited to) intoxication, harassment, discrimination, or disclosure of contagious illness without notice.

12. Permanent jewelry + welded pieces

Welded permanent jewelry is intentionally clasp-free. Removal requires returning to a permanent-jewelry studio (us or another) to be safely cut and re-welded if desired. We are not responsible for damage caused by snagging, MRI exposure, or improper removal attempts. Sterling silver and 14k gold-filled are not the same as solid gold; care instructions are provided at the appointment.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our liability for any service is limited to the cost of that service. We do not warrant any specific cosmetic, aesthetic, or therapeutic outcome. Individual results vary.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.

15. Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at thebronzelily.com/terms. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance.
