We weld sterling silver and 14k gold-filled chains — no clasp, sized to you and welded closed on the spot. Sterling starts at $55 for a bracelet ($70 anklet, $80+ necklace, $15 ring); 14k gold-filled starts at $60. Bracelets, anklets, necklaces, and rings all available. And we weld it on for you — clients never weld on each other.

Yes. Welded jewelry is designed to stay on through showers, swimming, workouts, and sleep. Avoid prolonged chlorine pool and hot tub exposure to preserve the gold-filled finish or sterling silver coloring.

Clip the small fused link — the jump ring — and the chain comes off in seconds. You can do this yourself, or come back to the studio and we'll do it for you. Save the chain — bring it back when you want it re-welded.

Most of your appointment is the fun part — choosing your chain and customizing it with a connector. The welding itself is quick: anywhere from a minute or two up to 10–12 minutes for smaller, more intricate pieces, depending on the piece and the artist. (For the record, Larae is our fastest — on a good day she can weld five pieces in under ten minutes.)

Yes — we offer what we call connectors. Instead of dangling like a traditional charm, a connector sits inline and joins the chain together, so there's nothing to snag or catch — which means far less risk of the piece breaking off. It's customization that's as practical as it is pretty.

It depends on the metal. Sterling silver will tarnish over time — that's normal for silver, and body oils, lotions, perfume, and hot tubs all speed it along. The fix is easy: a little sterling silver polish or a polishing cloth and a soft toothbrush shine it right back up. Our 14k gold-filled, on the other hand, won't tarnish or flake — it stays bright with no maintenance.

Airport security is no problem — permanent jewelry won't flag going through. An MRI is the exception: you'll need it removed first, since it's metal. It's easy to do without damaging your piece — look for the one link that's different from the rest, a small round circle called the jump ring, and snip there (any hospital can do it, or you can). When you're ready to put it back on, book a reweld appointment ahead of time and we'll weld it right back for $15.

There's no minimum age — we've welded pieces on everyone from babies and toddlers to grandmothers. We just ask that children are always accompanied by a parent or guardian, who chooses and consents to the piece. And little ones get a treat: any child under six gets $5 off.

Yes. Mobile jewelry events are available for bachelorettes, bridal parties, milestone birthdays, corporate events, and friend-group celebrations within the St. Petersburg area. Pricing is custom based on guest count, location, and event scope. Text or call 727-218-7045 to inquire.

Bring it back to the studio. We'll re-weld free within 14 days of your original weld. After 14 days, the standard re-weld fee is $15.

Same-day appointments are welcome at 2851 1st Avenue North, but we strongly encourage texting or calling 727-218-7045 first, or booking online through Square. We'll confirm a jeweler is on the floor and prep the chain selection for you to view. Unannounced walk-ins are not guaranteed service.

No. The Bronze Lily does not offer refunds or replacements on permanent jewelry under any circumstance. If your chain breaks within 14 days, bring it back and we'll re-weld it free. After 14 days, re-welds are $15. If the chain is lost, you'll need to purchase a new piece. This is the same policy any major retailer would apply.
