Licensed Esthetician

Brit is a devoted mom with a heart for positive mindset, clean beauty, and creating a calm, welcoming space. Her esthetics journey began in 2020 with mobile spray tanning, trained by Norvell, where she quickly realized how much confidence and joy a simple service could bring others. Wanting to make an even greater impact, she pursued her esthetics license at Cortiva Institute in 2021 — and has been pouring her passion into the industry ever since.

She chose esthetics because she believes self-care isn't just about looking good — it's about feeling truly seen, valued, and cared for. Specializing in dermaplaning, chemical peels and anti-aging facials, spray tanning, brow lamination, and her new favorite — head spa therapy — she focuses on every detail to create experiences that refresh, uplift, and restore balance.

Licensed Esthetician

Kendall is a licensed esthetician passionate about natural skincare treatments that support skin health, longevity, and radiance. She believes trust and results begin in a calm, comforting space — and prioritizes helping clients understand their skin and maintain results beyond the treatment room.

Her favorite services include long luxury facials, indulgent scalp massages that treat the scalp like a top priority, and deep bronze spray tans that last through the best of memories.

A Florida native with a strong appreciation for the outdoors, you can usually find her on nature trails, floating in rivers, or popping up her hammock in the trees.

Elyssa A.

Lash Artist

Elyssa brings six years of her own lash experience to the studio. She joined the team recently and works alongside Larae on the Mon–Thu lash schedule, integrating into our isolation, weight, mapping, and retention standards. Every set Elyssa performs meets the standard our regulars expect.

Adriana A.

Licensed Cosmetologist — Blowouts + Waxing

Adriana is a licensed cosmetologist who specializes in after-treatment styling, blowouts, and professional waxing, with five years of experience. She's passionate about creating a luxurious, relaxing experience where every client feels confident and cared for. Originally from Virginia Beach and now serving St. Petersburg, she combines precision, warmth, and attention to detail to deliver exceptional results.

Inspired by nature and holistic wellness, she's currently studying Herbalism to deepen her knowledge of natural self-care. She believes beauty is more than a service — it's a ritual of confidence, restoration, and renewal, designed to help every client look and feel their absolute best.

In the Root Room, Adriana loves treating and pampering clients' feet with natural pedicures — a grounding foot-spa add-on.

Katherine R.

Licensed Esthetician · Head Spa

Katherine is a licensed Florida skin care specialist with a genuine passion for helping others look and feel their best. With professional training in aesthetics and a growing focus on both advanced skin care and the restorative experience of head spa treatments, she brings a thoughtful, personalized approach to every client she works with.

She is especially drawn to the connection between beauty and relaxation. Her work in head spa services lets her give clients time to slow down, decompress, and enjoy being cared for — an elevated experience where treatments aren’t simply appointments, but moments of self-care.

Outside of the treatment room, Katherine enjoys art and design, discovering new beauty and wellness trends, spending time by the water, exploring new restaurants, and quality time with friends and family.

Victoria W.

Licensed Esthetician · Skin Specialist

Victoria is a licensed esthetician focused on skin — and she came to it for a personal reason. She struggled with acne growing up, and she knows firsthand how much your skin can shape the way you see yourself. Skincare became about more than appearance for her; it became about learning to take care of herself.

That’s what led her into the treatment room. She wants it to be a judgment-free space where every client feels heard and cared for, whatever their skin is doing that week — and where the goal isn’t only healthier, clearer skin, but walking out feeling confident in the skin you’re in.

Victoria is also currently completing her nursing prerequisites, working toward a long-term goal of becoming a licensed injector. It’s a path that has her studying skin from the clinical side as well as the treatment side, and she brings that curiosity back to every facial.

Rose K.

Lash Artist

Rose is a licensed esthetician with over three years behind the lash bed — classic, hybrid and volume sets, plus lash lifts and tints. She makes her own fans by hand, and works with a notably light touch. She also performs spray tans and the Japanese head spa.

She came into esthetics because she loves making people feel confident and cared for. Her favorite part of the work is the relationship side of it — getting to know her clients over time, and making the appointment a genuinely comfortable, unhurried hour rather than something to get through.

Every artist here trains into Larae’s protocols before working on a client, and Rose has Larae’s sign-off to lash at the Bronze Lily standard. She works seven days a week, which makes her the artist to ask for when your schedule only opens up on an evening or a weekend.

Outside the studio, Rose spends time with family and friends, stays active, travels whenever she can, and keeps a close eye on what’s new in beauty.

Dominique M.

Reflexology + Body Treatments

Dominique runs the foot reflexology practice and the Sedona Mud Wrap body service several days a week. She's the practitioner behind the new Relax & Detox Head & Body combination — head spa scalp treatment paired with a full mud wrap, the most restorative two hours on our menu.

Kristina S.

Body Treatments + Head Spa

Kristina joined The Bronze Lily from Evolve Wax Spa and trained directly under Dominique on our body work. She performs the Sedona Red Mud Wrap and the full Relax & Detox Head & Body combo — and her added days mean that two-hour ritual is now bookable most of the week, weekends included.
